About Me
I am a United Kingdom-based counselling psychologist with over 10 years' experience working with children, young people and adults with a variety of presentations in the National Health Service (NHS), charity, educational and private sectors. I consider myself to be an integrative generalist, which means I practice with a number of therapeutic approaches. My curiosity about human beings and life has always extended to almost everything, which is reflected in this podcast.
